Kwam1 Breaks Down in Tears on Stage Over Ogogo’s Death

Legendary Nigerian Fuji musician, Wasiu Ayinde, popularly known as Kwam1 or K1 De Ultimate, broke down in tears on stage following the reported death of veteran actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo.

The veteran actor reportedly died on Sunday evening after battling cancer, prompting an outpouring of grief from Nigerians, celebrities and political figures across the country.

Kwam1 became emotional during his live performance at the Mushin 30th Anniversary Celebration after news of Ogogo’s death reached him.

A video circulating on social media captured the Fuji star visibly overwhelmed with emotion as he mourned the actor. One of his aides was seen consoling him on stage as the emotional moment unfolded.

Another Fuji musician, Malaika, also became emotional while paying tribute to the late actor.

“His death really hit hard. I’m in pain,” Malaika said as he expressed his grief over Ogogo’s passing.

The emotional tributes reflected the deep connection Ogogo had with colleagues and fans across Nigeria’s entertainment industry.

Other prominent entertainers, including actor Femi Adebayo and actress Ini Edo, have also publicly mourned the veteran actor.
