‘He never told me’ — Blessing CEO reveals late son dreamt of death

Blessing CEO has urged mothers to pay greater attention to their children’s fears after revealing that her late nine-year-old son, Bryan, reportedly spoke to relatives about dreams involving his own death.

The controversial Nigerian relationship expert said she learnt about the accounts only after Bryan had passed away. She explained that her first son, Darrell, and her younger sister, Precious, independently told her about the experiences.

Blessing said Darrell recalled Bryan waking up one day and telling him that he had dreamt about dying.

Her younger sister reportedly described a similar encounter, saying Bryan came into her room to share his dream. Blessing explained that Precious prayed for the boy but did not interpret the experience as a reason for alarm at the time.

She further claimed that Bryan had also spoken about the dream with his father, although he never told her about it before his death.

The revelation prompted Blessing to address other mothers, asking them to treat their children’s concerns with care and attention.

“Especially to mothers, please pick this as a lesson,” she said.

Blessing also spoke about Bryan’s medical condition, revealing that he suffered from severe asthma. She noted that she also has asthma but has learnt to manage it as an adult.

According to her, Bryan’s condition was severe, and he was also very energetic.

Her comments have attracted attention because they combine her personal loss with a message about parenting and communication within families.

Although dreams should not automatically be treated as predictions, Blessing’s appeal highlights the value of listening when children express anxiety, fears or other experiences that trouble them.
